TANGERINE DREAM were formed during the Autumn of 1967 by Lithuanian artist Edgar Froese, a lover of Surrealism, sculpture and THE ROLLING STONES. Based in Berlin, Froese set about forging a musical project which had sonic experimentation at its very core.
